ADMISSION PROCESS

• A desire to live a sober and drug-free life. 
• Applicants must be at least 18 years of age. 
• Applicants must make a commitment to abide by the rules, policies and schedule.
• All approved applicants must be drug and alcohol free and submit to random UA and oral drug testing. 
• Applicants must be willing to obtain a social security card and a valid Oklahoma state picture ID or driver’s license.
• Approved applicants must contact the admissions office once every week to determine their program status.
• If an approved applicant misses their admissions appointment, they forfeit that available bed space and will be

                   placed on the waiting list until another bed becomes available.
